Just forget the buzz of the city and plunge in the greenery of Square Armand Steurs in Brussels, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode.  The open air exhibition organized by Les Amis du Square Armand Steurs asbl will last until Sept 26, 2010.

Sculptures 2010 is a very nice opportunity to discover the monumental bronze sculptures of René Julien: Autour du cerceau, Elle rêve Mozart, La flûtiste enchantée, La riveraine, Le revenir, Le saute mouton, Le souffle de rêve, L’éloge du silence, Totem 2, Co-naissance.

Art Thema Gallery actively participates to the group exhibition in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Sculptures 2010, by presenting a selection of monumental sculptures of René Julien. As the original masterpieces go outside, Art Thema Gallery has completed and updated the photo gallery displaying Julien’s works.

This 18th edition of this yearly event will include masterpieces of three Belgian artists, two women Gigi Warny and Sandrine Bouleau as well as René Julien. Sculptures 2010 gives you a unique opportunity to discover his works in a suitable location for monumental bronze sulptures: a parc!

A quite sensitive come back for René Julien in a commune where he held during several years the position of director of the Art Academy .
