A chaque sculpteur son chemin pour concrétiser ses intentions, pour moi c’est généralement par une étude en plâtre que je vais tenter d’y parvenir.
La neutralité du plâtre est favorable au travail de recherche. Cette matière propose une lecture clinique des formes. Du point de vue créatif là tout est dit.
Ensuite c’est par la transposition en bronze que l’étude deviendra une oeuvre à part entière. C’est ce bronze qui sera exposé, installé sur la place publique ou dans l’intimité d’une maison.
Par cette exposition je souhaite vous présenter ces deux temps de la réalisation d’une sculpture: lorsque l’étude qui précède n’est autre que l’oeuvre de demain.

Each sculptor has his own path to realizing his intentions, for me it is generally through a study in plaster that I will try to achieve this.
The neutrality of the plaster is favorable to research work. This subject offers a clinical reading of forms. From a creative point of view, that says it all.
Then it is through transposition into bronze that the study will become a work in its own right. It is this bronze which will be exhibited, installed in the public square or in the privacy of a house.
Through this exhibition I wish to present to you these two stages of the creation of a sculpture: when the study which precedes is none other than the work of tomorrow.
